Lub kaw lus roj yog qhov tseem ceeb ntawm cov tsheb npav thiab cov kws qhia thiab muaj feem sib txawv uas ua haujlwm ua ke xa cov roj mus rau lub cav:
Roj Tank
Lub taub roj yog lub tseem ceeb ntawm cov roj teeb. Lub hom phiaj tseem ceeb ntawm roj roj yog khaws cov roj rau lub npav lossis tus kws qhia. Nws feem ntau yog ua los ntawm cov hlau lossis yas thiab yog mounted hauv qab lub tsheb. Cov duab thiab qhov loj ntawm cov roj tank sib txawv los ntawm cov qauv rau qauv ntawm cov npav thiab tus kws qhia. Lub peev xwm ntawm cov roj roj yog feem ntau txiav txim los ntawm kev tsim ntawm lub tsheb thiab nws cov kev cia siab siv roj.
Cov roj av yog tshuaj xyuas los ntawm cov roj cua thiab cov teeb ceeb toom. Qee lub tsheb kuj tau nruab nrog cov sensors uas ntsuas cov roj qib thiab noj thiab xa cov ntaub ntawv saib xyuas cov roj qib thiab npaj lub sijhawm ua kom tau txais txiaj ntsig.
Roj twj Tso Kua Mis
Roj twj tso kua mis yog lub luag haujlwm rau kev xa roj ntawm lub tank rau lub cav. Nws tuaj yeem muab nruab rau sab hauv lossis sab nraud lub tank. Cov kev teeb tsa qhov txawv nyob ntawm lub tsheb tsim. Cov twj tso kua roj tuaj yeem ua txhua yam lossis hluav taws xob, nyob ntawm seb hom kev txhaj tshuaj roj.
Cov twj siv roj tshuab feem ntau yog siv rau cov tsheb laus nrog carburetors. Lawv tau siv lub cav thiab siv cov tshuaj diaphragm lossis txoj kev mus nqus roj los ntawm lub tank rau lub cav. Qhov zoo yog tias lawv yooj yim thiab ntseeg tau, tab sis lawv tsis muaj txiaj ntsig zoo thiab yuav ua rau lub cav dej nyab yog siab dhau.
Cov twj siv roj hluav taws xob roj yog siv hauv cov tsheb niaj hnub nrog cov tshuab roj. Lawv tau siv hluav taws xob ntawm lub tsheb hluav taws xob thiab siv lub cev muaj zog xa roj mus rau lub cav ntawm qhov siab. Cov twj siv hluav taws xob roj muaj roj hluav taws xob muaj roj ntau dua thiab ntau dua li cov twj kho tshuab. Qhov tsis zoo yog tias lawv kim dua thiab xav tau kev tu ib txwm.
Roj Kab
Roj kab txuas lub roj roj rau cov roj twj tso kua mis, thiab cov roj twj tso rau lub cav. Lawv feem ntau yog ua los ntawm roj hmab lossis yas thiab yuav hnav thaum lub sijhawm. Cov roj kab yuav tsum tau kuaj xyuas kom meej meej tias lawv tsis hnav lossis puas.
Lim roj lim
Lub lim roj yog qhov tseem ceeb ntawm cov roj teeb. Feem ntau nws nyob nruab nrab ntawm cov roj tank thiab roj twj tso kua mis, lossis ntawm cov roj twj tso kua mis thiab lub cav. Nws tshem tawm cov impurities xws li hmoov av thiab khib nyiab los ntawm cov roj ua ntej nws nkag mus rau lub cav.
Muaj ob hom roj lim dej - inline thiab cartridge. Inline lim tau feem ntau yog siv cov qauv qub thiab tau mounted sab nraum lub roj tank. Lawv yooj yim rau kev nkag mus thiab hloov chaw, tab sis tsis zoo li cov lim cartridge lim.
CARTRIDGE Lim siv hauv cov tsheb niaj hnub thiab feem ntau yog mounted sab hauv lub taub roj. Lawv ua tau zoo dua ntawm kev ntes cov impurities thiab muaj lub neej ntev dua li inline lim dej. Txawm li cas los xij, lawv kim dua thiab xav tau lub taub roj kom raug tshem tawm rau kev hloov.
Roj cuab
Ib lub roj muaj roj muab cov roj rau lub cav rau hauv qhov tseeb thiab tswj hwm. Feem ntau nws nyob hauv cov kev ua kom tiav lossis lub tog raj kheej taub hau ntawm lub cav thiab lub luag haujlwm rau txau roj rau hauv lub sijhawm sib txuas ntawm lub sijhawm thiab nrog lub siab.
Muaj ob hom kev txhaj tshuaj roj - chaw nres nkoj txhaj thiab kev txhaj tshuaj ncaj. Chaw nres nkoj txhaj tshuaj mus rau hauv cov kev nkag mus rau qhov chaw nws sib tov nrog cov huab cua tuaj. Kev Txhaj Tshuaj Ncaj Ncees Ncaj Nraim mus rau hauv lub tog raj kheej, tsim kom muaj roj ntau dua-cua sib tov.
Kev txhaj tshuaj ncaj qha yog ntau dua li kev txhaj tshuaj tiv thaiv chaw nres nkoj thiab tsim ntau lub zog ntau dua, tab sis nws yog cov ntau dua thiab kim. Qhov teeb meem tseem ceeb yog tias kev txhaj tshuaj ncaj qha yuav tsum tau tu tsis tu ncua vim tias cov tswv yim Injector tuaj yeem txhaws nrog hmoov av nrog hmoov av thiab khib nyiab.
Roj Siab Regulator
Cov roj siab regulator tswj cov roj siv roj tas li rau lub cav thiab yog qhov tseem ceeb heev rau lub cav. Nws tuaj yeem kho cov roj siab raws li lub cav xav tau thiab tsheb ceev.
Kev Tswj Hluav Taws Xob (ECU)
Chav tsev hluav taws xob tswj hwm (ECU) yog lub hlwb ntawm cov roj teeb. Nws saib xyuas thiab tswj cov roj xa khoom raws cov ntaub ntawv los ntawm ntau cov sensors thiab cov kev nkag siab. Nws kuj tseem muaj cov haujlwm xws li kev tswj roj siab, hauv kev siv hluav taws xob ntev thiab qhov tsis loj.
EPU siv daim duab qhia chaw lossis cov qauv ua ntej ntawm cov txiaj ntsig los laij cov roj zoo tshaj plaws rau kev xaiv, nrawm thiab nce nkoj. Maps feem ntau yog programmed los ntawm cov chaw tsim khoom, tab sis tuaj yeem hloov kho los ntawm cov kws tshaj lij los ua kom tau zoo thiab roj ua tau zoo.
Cov roj hluav taws xob hauv tsheb npav thiab kev lag luam kev sib tw muaj cov khoom sib xyaw xws li roj roj, roj lim, roj txhaj thiab ECU. Nrog kev nce qib txuas ntxiv hauv cov nqi roj thiab qhov xav tau ntawm kev tiv thaiv ib puag ncig, kev thov kom tsim cov roj-thiab cov roj hluav taws xob nce ntxiv, thiab cov roj teeb hluav taws xob tseem ceeb hauv kev ua tiav lub hom phiaj no.
